Is there a limit on the number of invoices or branches in mbassat?
No. You can issue unlimited invoices and manage unlimited branches
with no additional fees based on the number of invoices or branches.
Can I add more users to my mbassat subscription?
Yes. Your subscription includes one user, and you can add more users as your business grows for an additional monthly fee per user.
Is there a discount for annual payment?
Yes. When you choose annual payment, you receive one month free compared with paying monthly.
I have multiple companies under the same group. Is group pricing available?
Yes. Special pricing is available for groups subscribing more than one legal entity. Contact the mbassat team to discuss the available options.
If I pay annually, can I cancel my subscription and receive a refund?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. For an annual subscription, the used period is recalculated at the monthly subscription rate and the remaining balance is refunded according to the cancellation and refund policy.
What happens to my data if I cancel my mbassat subscription?
You can access, print and export your data for a defined period after your subscription ends, before the account is archived and the data is deleted in accordance with the data retention policy.
What support do I receive with my mbassat subscription?
mbassat customers receive support with using the system and its available features through the approved support channels during business hours.
Can I transfer my mbassat account to another person or company?
Your account is linked to the registered business and its legal and tax details, so it cannot be transferred directly to another legal entity. If ownership or legal details change, contact support to review the appropriate process.
Can mbassat integrate with accounting software or another sales system?
No. mbassat is a standalone system and does not provide integrations with external software. If you already use accounting or sales software and need to integrate it with Saudi e-invoicing requirements, Zatify is our specialized solution for connecting existing systems with ZATCA.
